Kate Moss is not only one of the most photographed people in the world but she has also inspired some of the world’s most important photographers and artists, which is celebrated at this exhibition. Charting Moss’ 20 year career, the show includes photographs taken by artists including Rankin, Mary McCartney, Bert Stern, Corrine Day and Bettina Rheims - who discovered the model when she was just 14. Originally scheduled to be held in 2010 at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs, the exhibition was eventually moved to Galerie de l’Instant because of insufficient funding. But as the gallery comments: “It is therefore only fair that we dedicate an exhibition to her, as her work with photographers has been so rich and varied. This exhibition is a homage, not only to her beauty, but also to her intelligence.”
