After Monaco and Moscow and latest outpost of restaurant Beefbar has opened in Mexico City. Designed by Monte Carlo-based architects Emile Humbert and Christophe Poyet of Humbert & Poyet, the elegant new space is far from the usual steakhouse – a slick marble ‘Raw Bar’ on the terrace serves up tartare and carpaccio cuts while inside the glamorous main room delivers Beefbar’s prime pieces of beef that are cooked in a patented oven and served with a mashed potatoe made from a secret recipe.
