Considered one of the coolest hotels of the moment, the Aleph is the creation of New York architect Adam F. Tihany and the Boscolo hotel group. Red, evoking dangerous encounters, is the dominant color in the public areas, from the lacquered lobby to the chic restaurant's plates. The rooms are filled with re-editions of Italian furniture of the 1930s and 1940s set against a black and white background. And, for the truly decadent, there are TVs in all the bathrooms.
