Opened in 2001 in a renovated 19th century mansion Carré Blanc has become one the city's most elegant and high-class restaurants serving the state-of-art French dishes and desserts. Its name was inspired by Malevich's Carré Blanc, of which a reproduction takes pride of place in the restaurant's décor.
