Slap bang on Moscow's main luxury shopping street, the Parisian jewelers, Chaumet have opened their first Russian store. Beautifully harmonizing the classic exterior of this XIX century house with a modern interior, architect Jean Michel Vilmott has added metal details, a Burgundian iridescent stone, a sky-blue carpet and wooden furniture decorated with brass and bronze, all of which echoes directly the style of Chaumet collections. The entrance is engraved with the tiara that Joseph Chaumet made in 1919 for the duchess Dodeville in honor of her daughter's wedding.
