Billed as the restaurant with the best view of the city of light, Ciel de Paris on the 56th floor of the Montparnasse Tower now looks equally as good to diners whose seat does not face the panoramic Paris cityscape. Just reopened after a redesign by local architect Noé Duchaufour-Lawrance, the “amber bubble of light” interior uses a skilled composition of mirrors to maximise those Eiffel tower views.
