ARTS PORTFOLIO |
For the past 20 years the American philanthropist Fiona Druckenmiller has collected jewelry, furniture and artworks from a variety of cult names such as Rene Voivin, Claude Lalanne, Lacloche Freres and Viren Bhagat. But the next chapter of her life as an aficionado of objets d’art is as a dealer. At the newly opened F.D. Gallery in Manhattan, Druckenmiller shares her exquisite taste with those with less of an eye. Choose from a pair of bracelets that were originally dignitary gifts from an Ethiopian President, photography, first editions, Art Deco furniture and a particularly fine collection of jewelry, amongst other rare and carefully curated items.
