Although Fish is situated in the antique dealers' district of Monti, it is anything but old hat. Within its minimalist red and black interior, the Bassi brothers offer succulent sushi and sashimi, along with a sweet option presented with ten exotic fruits. On a more Italian note, the original, super-light carpaccios are a must.
