Ibu, Lionel Poliane's wife (France's most famous baker), has opened her own shop, by the Palais-Royal and specializing in artistic jewelry. Some are her own designs, some are by other modernists, such as Aude Lechère. The shop also shows stunning objects, like the "functional sculptures", made of patinated or raw bronze.
