Chef Naoto Kishimoto, whose delicious dishes you may have tried at Ginza's Ostral restaurant, opened L'Embellir in November 2006, where he offers fresh, seasonal cuisine. The minimalist white- and chocolate-hued interior contrasts with bright flowers and blends well with the refined cuisine. Try the kougloff, the chef's specialty. Reservations recommended.
