For those who know their grapes, Morrell is the Bacchus of your dreams. Test the bartenders' knowledge, or your own, with its selection of around 2,000 wines (150 available by the glass). For those who like to temper their tippling with a little solid nourishment, stay on the ground floor (you won't be disappointed). Otherwise head to the S-shaped bar on the middle floor. From here the view is stellar over Manhattan, if a little blurred as the evening wears on.
