During his training as a chef at a Japanese restaurant in France, Mr. Odajima fell in love with wines and, upon his return to Japan, decided to open the first restaurant to combine wine and Japanese cuisine in his native land. This tasty combination has already seduced French actress Catherine Deneuve. Among its guests, the restaurant has seen designer Kenzo as well as many Japanese actresses, and it is still frequented by a hot crowd of both Japanese and foreigners. The menu offers one single dish per ingredient, and can be accompanied with a choice of 8 different wines. Booking is mandatory!
