Ortolan, residing on L.A.'s bustling West Third Street corridor, is the first venture for French Chef Christophe Eme. Eme has created a special 'bar menu' for the vault room that serves various country charcuteries, scallop sandwiches and lobster bolognaise. In the soothing cream colored dining room, Eme offers up contemporary versions of French classics that include dishes such as crispy langoustines served with cauliflower puree.
