Prêt-à-Portea at The Berkeley Hotel in London’s Knightsbridge famously serves up a collection of cakes inspired by the catwalk. Its Spring/Summer 2012 menu has walked and includes: Jason Wu’s romantic cherry bavarois and coconut cream topped with a pink skirt and biscuit heel; Gucci’s art-deco Grand Marnier and dark Valrhona chocolate mousse embellished with golden beads; Fendi’s nautical white and red striped vanilla cake filled with fraise des bois cremeux with oversized yellow button; and Miu Miu’s vanilla bikini biscuit.
