The most fashionable table in London right now is Shrimpy’s, the latest project from David Waddington and Pablo Flack, the East London restaurateurs behind Bistrotheque and a string of pop-up eateries. In a former petrol station that has been made over by architects Carmody Groarke, their new boite is planned to last two years. But reserve now: Shrimpy’s is already difficult to get into after rave reviews of chef Tom Collins’ Latin American seafood menu.
