This boutique/take-away/restaurant is Bruno de Lorgues' latest homage to the subterranean fungi. Cooking lessons are also offered on the premises. Terres de Truffes sells truffles of all shades and seasons, even an eccentric truffle-flavored dessert featuring blancmange and apricot jam. The adjacent restaurant serves pâté with truffles, foie gras with truffles, cheese with truffles, potatoes with truffles, and even ice cream with truffles.
