Terres de Truffes sells truffles of all shades and seasons, even an eccentric truffle-flavored dessert featuring blancmange and apricot jam. The adjacent restaurant serves pâté with truffles, foie gras with truffles, cheese with truffles, potatoes with truffles, and even ice cream with truffles.
