LUXURYCULTURE.COM - Virgule etc: In the Footsteps of Roger Vivier at Palais de Tokyo

CITY GUIDE / PARIS / EVENTS / VIRGULE ETC: IN THE FOOTSTEPS OF ROGER VIVIER AT PALAIS DE TOKYO

The name of this exhibition dedicated to French accessory maison Roger Vivier is taken from the Vergule heel, the iconic comma shape that Vivier invented in 1963 and which is still a house signature today. Curated by Olivier Saillard with Jean-Julien Simonot overseeing the scenography, the show is something of a museum of shoes with 140 heels on show that illustrate the career of Monsieur Roger Vivier from the 1930s onwards.
