When Andrée Putman originally designed the interior of New York’s Morgans Hotel in 1984, she used Robert Mallet-Steven’s iconic steel chair of 1928. For the hotel’s recent revamp, she combined this design with Emeco’s 1006 Navy Side Chair, to create the Morgans Chair.
